DP Ride Schedule

Delta Pedalers offer several bike rides throughout the week.  Some rides occur on a regular weekly basis while others are a one time only ride.   Rides may be local or out of town.  Our “flagship” ride is the Sunday morning ride.  All of our rides are open to non-members and guests.  See our ride schedule below.

Club members have access to the club Yahoo Group (email) list to network with other club members. There is a club events calendar, route sheets and maps for local bay area rides, ride photos, a database to enter club mileage, and more.

Upcoming Events and Away rides – Keep dates in mind

We have a few out of area rides planned for the next few months and we hope you will join us!  These will be “NO DROP” rides and should be a lot of fun for everyone.

MARCH 24, 2018 (CANCELLED)- Mary’s Annual Birthday ride to the Mines Road Junction.  New date will be posted soon.

APRIL 21, 2018 – Delta Pedalers Annual Old Farts Ride up Mt. Diablo.  How about joining ride leader Dave Stoeffler and Co-Leader Mike Thomas on our annual trek up to the summit of Mt. Diablo?  We will meet at Arbolado Park at 8:30 for a 9:00am start.  Please park at the first parking lot.  Helmet and tools for mechanical repairs are highly required.  Two water bottles, layered clothing are highly recommended.  We will probably have lunch at the Pizza restaurant right after the ride.  Bring $.

May 27, 2018 – A new addition to the Delta Pedaler ride schedule!!!  Dave Stoeffler will lead a group from the Martinez Waterfront to Port Costa.  One of his friends has a band called  Jimbo Trout, & The Fish People and they will be playing at the Warehouse in Port Costa on Sunday, May 27th. Unfortunately they don’t start until 1:30. Maybe start at noon and have lunch there, and be there when they start playing. I could lead an easy ride out the trail and maybe someone could lead a more vigorous ride to Crockett & across the bridge & on to Port Costa? If you don’t know about Jimbo, he has a website with samples of his music.

July 26 – 29, 2018 – Delta Pedalers Annual Spicer Reservoir Camping Trip.   Reservations are now open!  For details, please click on this link:   Delta Pedalers Spicer Camping Trip
