About 1100 miles and 1,000 minutes between Spin/trainer.
I didn't add in my pool miles. :-)

A few thousand. Fourth set of tires, another chain, new cassette, brakes.
Darn bikes - I'm spending more on bike maintenance than our cars.

Mike--That is incredible, as much of this first 3rd of teh year was in the winter. Is there a route you regularly ride to rack up the miles??
I guess if I rode 2774 miles I wouldn't be on a trainer either, though many times the choice is a trainer or 'nutin. My trainer highlight may have been while watching a lacrosse game--though if I knew you'd have 2774 miles I would have kept doing a crit around the field and risk getting hit by the ball.
Larry-"A few thousand"??? I know you must keep a detailed training log of every ride you are on. I can sympathize with the maintenance--on a double metric a few weeks ago a spoke nipple broke, locking the wheel. Second time it happened, so all lightweight nipples are now off the wheels. On last weekends double metric the rear shifter failed. With these being replaced the only thibg "original" on my bike is the frame, stem, handlebars, brakes, and front derailleur.
Veronica--While I contend you should only get half the miles while on the tandem, you should get triple miles for the ride you wrote about in the newsletter.
Maurice--Likewise those mountain bike miles are too hard to come by. You need to put in some road miles.
(Surprised by lack of response to this thread--seems that a staple of most other clubs newsletters/ web page are riders reporting their miles.)

I do the 11:30 ride at Lawrence Livermore Lab 4-5 days a week.
