The Leukemia/Lymphoma Society (Team in Training) and Lance Armstrong Foundation (Peloton Project) are teaming up in the fight against cancer. Mark your calenders for the Sunday, May 16, yoga workshop from 3-5:30 pm at Black Diamond Gymnastics in Brentwood (at the previous site of Brentwood Cyclery). Support research, treatment and prevention of cancers as well as programs to benefit cancer survivors. 3500 Americans die EVERY DAY from cancer-related causes but survival rates continue to rise and there are new therapies ....and CURES....right around the corner. Your $20 donation is fully tax-deductible...on top of it, you'll come away from this workshop feeling both relaxed and energized! All levels of yogis are welcome. A yoga mat is not required (but is helpful) and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Please do not eat at least 1 hour before the class but refreshments will be provided. For more info, contact Joann (925-516-7734) or Mike T (925-634-5730).

Did I say relaxed and energized? With Mike T as instructor, we'll all be tied up in knots in no time flat.
