HI,
I wanted to alert everyone to a begininning Yoga class held Tuesday evenings from 7- 8 pm in the location of the former Brentwood Cyclery. The cost is $10 per session and well worth it! The instructor, Tammy, has been practicing and teaching for many years and you can tell that loves what she is doing...and very, very good at it, too!
The bad news (for us) is that Tammy spends the holidays in Baja so the class won't start up again until the first week of 2004.
The good news is that after one seesion (last night) I can already appreciate the positive difference in how I feel...and I am not one for testimonials!
What a wonderful way to start 2004 so make those New Year's resolutions and please plan to join us the first week in January. Heck, you aren't out riding your bikes in the dark Tuesday nights anyway. The class size so far allows for much personal attention but in order to make it worthwhile for Tammy to drive from Rio Vista, she is hoping for 10 participants.
