I picked up a finishing nail in my rear tire on Fluffy yesterday. What fun changing a tire as it's getting dark. I'm switching to slime tubes now.

Hi V......sorry to hear about Fluffy! If you ever get stuck and it is getting dark, give me a call......I am home by 4pm every day unless I run errands....cell# 759-1408 or home 757-9383.
Thanks to you and Thom again for the pull home on Sunday. I was pooped...Mary and I clocked 50+ miles and the last 5 miles in the wind would have been grueling if it were not for you and the tandem!
Have a great week and see you on the road soon....

You're in my cell phone now Donna! Just for laughs, a bike will not fit in the trunk of a Z3, but Prevot's (used to be Rivas) has great coffee!

Thom's cell is 510 759 0289. Mine is 925 437 - 2928. For you early morning riders - Thom doesn't leave Antioch until 8:30 and I'm done with work by 3:30 in the afternoon. We'd be happy to bail anyone out as well.

No, my friend Linda who I called when tube burst with a loud bang has one. I think the tube had a defect. When I took it out when I got home it had a big hole by the stem.

I thought Linda would bring her husband's car, but it's at the airport since he's away on business. She offered to let me drive the Z3 home and she would stay with Fluffy while I got our truck. She's really tiny and has a hard time driving sticks. Thom says I should have taken her up on it, but I didn't want to make her wait in the cold.

V.
