Anyone else have Nov. 11 off? I was thinking a nice ride over to Morgan Territory and back up Vasco would be nice. We could meet at a Sweet Affair and have lunch there after.

I'm off that day, but I'm too chicken to ride Morgan and Vasco. Vasco is on my recently compiled list of roads that scare the bloody hell out of me. Others on the list are Kirker Pass, Highway 4 and (Surprise!!) Highway 1. The criteria for making this list is hills + wind + potential for freakishly huge vehicles traveling at approximately the speed of light.

I'll leave this one to those of you with more intestinal fortitude than I seem to posess, thankyouverymuch.

We don't have to come back on Vasco. We could go through Danville and up Diablo to the junction. That makes it about a 90 mile ride though.

A better option might be doing MT as an out and back. I don't have my heart set on anything. I just want to get out and do a longer ride that day.
