Hi everyone -
I received an e-mail from a free-lance writer who wants to do an article on the DPs for the Chronicle's Friday Contra Costa local section. He wants to do a photo shoot on Monday's (5/5) evening ride. (The Sunday ride will be pretty thin for the next few weeks due to organized rides and Mom's Day.)
We'd like to see a whole gaggle of DP'ers show up on Monday night at 7pm at Starbuck's on Lone Tree. If you have a DP jersey - wear it! Even if you can only ride one loop, or a part of the loop, please show up. This would be great publicity for the club, and maybe a chance to show the Antioch City Council that there are cyclists in their city - en masse.
